Dr. Keren Sagi

Dr. Keren Sagi is a researcher and expert in public policy with extensive experience in facilitating and advancing policy processes in the areas of welfare, education, employment, and human capital development. She has led research projects and written policy papers for public bodies, government agencies, and civil society organizations on topics such as lifelong learning and human capital development. Keren has held a variety of senior positions, including head of the Strategic Development Division at the Technion and CEO of Agora Policy. She holds a doctorate in public administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a faculty member of the Mandel School for Educational Leadership, where she focuses on facilitating policy processes and developing policy thinking at the Center for Educational Policy.
