Accordingly, we are committed to ensuring accessibility to people with disabilities, and have invested in making both our physical facilities and our digital content accessible to people with all abilities.
Website Accessibility
This website has been designed and adapted to be accessible and usable for all users, including people who use assistive technologies or have diverse accessibility needs.
The website complies with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments) 2013, and has been adapted in accordance with the recommendations of Israeli Standard IS 5568.
The website meets the accessibility requirements of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at Level AA and was developed in compliance with W3C standards for HTML and CSS.
The website works across modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and is optimized for use on mobile devices. It has been tested with the NVDA screen reader to support screen-reader users.
For improved readability, the website includes a contrast adjustment option to assist users who may benefit from enhanced visual contrast. This feature is available in the bottom-left area of the site.

Physical Accessibility of the Mandel Headquarters
The Foundation’s building in Jerusalem, which was completed in 2020, was planned and constructed in accordance with the requirements of Israel’s accessibility law. Measures to ensure accessibility include:
The elevators are handicapped accessible
Bathroom stalls are handicapped accessible
Audio equipment has been installed in all classrooms
Handrails have been installed in the building and outside areas
The building’s entrances all have accessible doors
All sidewalks leading to the building have been lowered and comply with Israel’s new accessibility regulations
The parking lot has designated parking spaces for people with disabilities, in accordance with the relevant regulations
The passageways and stairs in the building are clearly marked as required
There are signs in the open areas of the building
